Anyone know how to nose-dive asleep when spouse snores really loud, requirement serve desperately?!?
I have trouble falling asleep every single night. Spouse is competent to fall asleep alot faster than I can. The snoring makes it extra not easy so I have to resort to tylenol Pm every single night.
Any suggestions would be great.
Answers:
cover his head near a pillow until he stops breathing
Ear plugs for you? Or maybe suggest that your spouse invest in "Breathe-Right" product... They own sprays and these band-aid looking things for your nose, available OTC in any grocery store or pharmacy. If none of that help, suggest that your spouse go to the doctor, because snoring could actually be cause a much greater problem, such as sleep apnea, or decreases in oxygen level at night.
First of adjectives, you should talk to your spouse about seeing a doctor. He could be suffering from sleep apnea; it usually cause extremely loud snoring and falling asleep rather quickly.
I enjoy the same problem and that is the armour. What I usually do is either use earplugs (which work fantastically) or exactly what you're doing, only instead try SleepMD which is safer and raw.
Good luck!
put some ear plugs or nouns proof earphones and an ipod listen to music.
Get a Slumber Guard for him.
Don't just look after yourself and receive ear plugs - cos it doesn't do anything to stop his snoring - and snoring can gradually impact on his health. Source(s): www.slumberguard.com.au
