Any sustain for populace who snore?
my mom snores every night and its so annoying! nobody can sleep. any idea how to relief? she has asthma and often problems breathing.

Have you tried those breathe right strips? I would recommend she discuss a sleep study next to her Dr. to rule out sleep apnea. This is a common issue with pts beside breathing problems.
1.IF OVERWEIGHT, SHE HAS 2 REDUCE WEIGHT.
2.GET HER EXAMINED BY ENT SPECIALIST 2 RULE OUT NASAL POLYPS, IF ANY.
3.GIVE HER AN EXTRA PILLOW.
4.IF POSSIBLE, RAISE THE HEAD END OF HER BED.
