My mom have snored for years so I have grown accustomed to the sound but I don't consider I hate it, I know I do it sometimes.

OMG! I talk in my sleep! My Dad's be snoring in the next room since I could remember, my sibs other fall asleep before I do... Fifteen years of snoring!! No wonder I loved my freind's house so much! Aparently I voice my three times table, I shout at my lil bro, I tell my Dad he should start being nice to ethnic group and practicing what he preeches! I'm braver asleep than I am awake! lol!

My sister and foster brother snore, it can be caused by a cold, sinus problems or obiesity. To stop someone snoring you could-
1) Role them on their side
2) Wave Albus/eucolyptus oil beneath their nose (lol! My sis never wakes up!)
3) Help them loose cargo
4) Get them to blow their nose before they budge to bed
Thing you should know-
1) You should never wake someone up who is sleep walking... I don't know why, but aparently it's very perilous and in some religions they say the sleep person on foot will loose his/hers sole!
