IS THERE A CURE FOR SNORING?
i have tried almost everything from strips to sprays to pills nothing can mitigate my bf's snoring he dont snore to bad on his side but he likes to sleep on his final and i dont wanna be wakin him up all night sayin roll over he have a job where hes extraordinarily active on his feet adjectives day and has to stir up early what actually works to stop snoring? im thinkin give or take a few tryin that "myBreez" deal but idk

I agree with the above a sleep study would be his best bet. Need to be paid sure he does not have sleep apnea, which can be fatal. Also enlarged tonsils can inflict horrible snoring too. If he still has his and they are enlarged, having them removed will promising end the snoring. Source(s): Horrible snorer, had tonsils removed, no more snoring.
he might own a serious medical issue he should go to his doctor and see if they will do a sleep study
to see if he has some underlying issue to his snoring. but for the doctor can recommend other things like a mouth device or chin strap.
