What's the best approach to stop snoring?
Have any of you been cured from snoring? How do you stop it? How do you prevent it? any advise?
Answers:
obtain on diet.
Stop smoking.
do not eat at least 3 hours beforehand go to bed
If overweight: slim
no coffee, tea or coke after noon (can hold 3 weeks to get used)
do not sleep on your back, some ancestors sew a tennisball in the back of their pyama jacket
revise about it

Okay...for unadulterated...my mom snores soooooooooo freakin' loud! I remember when I used to live with her...she would snore sooo freakin loud that I didn't ever want any friends to spend the night. Well....my sister snores approaching her.....and well...I used to snore just similar to her......but I learned how to just breath through my snout...not my mouth. And now...I don't even snore....and when I do (due to being dried up...) it is not that loud.
