What should I do almost my discouraging snoring?

I have really bad snoring and I don't know what to do. Sometimes when I rouse up, I feel bad because I can enlighten my husband didn't get enough sleep the dark before because of it. A few nights ago, it be so loud that it actually woke me up. It sounds funny, but I can't believe it's SOOO loud. What should I do?

Breathe right strips and other otc snore aids. If you are overweight check and make sure you dont enjoy sleep apnea. You may need to sleep with CPAP. Do you rouse up at night frequently? Tired often? Overweight? Get checked for sleep apnea.
well if you get the strips and they don't work budge to doctor and have them do a sleep text on you. And afterwards ask them if there is something that work for your snoring OK hope this helps you

try some snore sprays, and the breath right nasal strips.

Also if you consume alchohol, try limiting the amount, if you are overweight, getting in shape and loosing cargo will help as well.

You could also try proping yourself up on a pillow when you sleep too.

I enjoy the same problem, my wife sleeps with earplugs sometimes when I am realy discouraging snoring.
