Any polite remedys for snoring? sheesh it drives me crazy?

Earplugs: for you if you're annoyed by someone else's snoring and also for you if, like me, the problem is the neighbour knock on the wall. You can buy sprays and things: nasal dilators, jaw restrainers, but none of them seem to work for me. I've see my doctor as well: there's no instant cure but weight slimming down would certainly help surrounded by my case.
My husband bought a spray for it in Sainsbury's. It's a little purple spray bottle and it be about lb11.00. He sprays it onto the back his throat earlier bed and he presto, a quiet night!

I taught my daughter to do some breathing exercises and that helped her. Its my conclusion that family who snore are not breathing properly and thus the strange nosies when they are sleeping. They should learn how to take gaping breaths with the eyes and mouth closed. Inhaling and exhaling gentle but reverberatingly. It helps.
I have used ear plugs for years when my husband snores. The silicone type are better than the foam type. Also, a white rumble machine helps.
