Depends on what's causing it. If it's congestion then a decongestant, antihistamine or "Breath Right Strips" can comfort. If its a long time thing (or associated with solidity gain), then you could possibly have obstructive sleep apnea.
If over-the-counter treatments don't work (or interfere beside your sleep, which decongestants can do), see your doctor.
More involved treatments can be breathing devices that utilize oxygen machines to pressurize your nasal/throat nouns while you sleep to keep the airways open. It can be any a mask you wear over your face, or a device inserted into your snout. I also think there be a system that required you to insert a device partway down your throat in an attempt to keep your airway unfold. Another more advanced treatment is surgery to change the structure of the throat to prevent it from collapsing. Snoring can be drastically affected by person overweight. Statistically, heavier people are more likely to snore and suffer sleep issues.
