Stop snoring solutions?
My husband, who is only 23 and not overweight, has be keeping me up alllll night lately. Whether if he lays on his side or on his back he still snores. We've tried the snout strips and they don't help. It sounds like he doesn't enlarge his mouth wide enough when he breathes, so it make weezing sounds. His mom told me he has really bad adenoids (sp) that may be cause it, but the doctor didn't recommend surgery. I have a hard time using ear plugs because I other sleep on my side and I end up waking up within the middle of the night with a really sore ear. The solely way I have be able to sleep lately is by taking sleeping pills and I'm almost out...so I need a solution right away! Please aid! Thanks!
